I made an iPhone shortcut to help solve this problem. Add it to your share sheet, and you can take screenshots and quick notes on the go!
This is a couple of extra steps compared to just clicking 2 buttons simultaneously on your phone, but it makes it so much easier to review your screenshots in the long run!
